Lepus, the Hare constellation that was placed just south of Orion, was a gift from Hermes and is said to honor the speed and courage of the rabbit. The middle of the animal’s body is the brightest star, the third-magnitude Alpha Leporis, called Arneb, and it brings extra light to those who witness it in the winter months.

Historically subversive creatures, rabbits teach us the importance of nurturing our instincts and always leaving a door open. Communal, gentle, and capable, they are able to harness both solar and lunar energies and remind us that we can have a future full of imagination and wisdom. 

The Sky Rabbit’s House will be part rabbit, part portal, part moving home. A wooden house with a beautifully crafted mosaic rabbit will glide gently throughout the atmosphere, creating a sense of softeness and never-ending love. It will be a guiding light to those who are lost, with the center beaming bright from its unique version of the star Arneb. Lepus will live in a 3-dimensional world, but carry all the magic of the cosmos.
